What we do
The job right, and said plainly.
Driveways, private roads, parking lots and repairs, for homeowners and for businesses, anywhere in Kootenai County. We prepare the ground carefully before anything black goes down, tell you what is happening while it happens, and leave a surface built to last a North Idaho winter — not just the summer it was laid in.
Honest service, careful work, and a finished surface you can feel confident in. That is the whole pitch, and it has not changed since 1998.
How a job runs
One crew, from the dirt work up.
- A written estimate.Scope, depths and price on paper before a shovel moves. No verbal ballparks that drift later.
- The same people the whole way.We grade the ground, place the base and lay the asphalt. One crew, so nobody gets to blame the last one.
- A walkthrough at the end.We walk it with you, cover cure time, and tell you when you can park on it.

Kootenai County, and not much past it. Four towns, all inside half an hour, which is why we can get to a small repair instead of quoting it high to cover the drive.
