Driveways and private roads
The one you drive every day, and the long one nobody else wants to bid.
A driveway is the piece of your property you use most and look at every single day, and it is usually the last thing anyone budgets for. It also has to survive a plow, a delivery truck, and a hard freeze every winter.
The long ones are our favourite work. If your place is at the end of a mile of gravel and you have been told it is too far out, call us before you assume it cannot be done.
Long private roads are where the cheap bids disappear
A lot of property up here sits at the end of a road the county does not maintain. Those jobs need more base, real attention to where water goes, and a crew willing to work away from the plant. They are also the jobs most likely to get a polite non-answer from contractors who would rather do subdivisions. We have been doing them since 1998, and the trucks are set up for it.
