Parking lots
Commercial lots paved on a schedule that keeps you open.
Commercial work runs on a different constraint than residential: you cannot close. Most of planning a lot is figuring out which sections come out in which order so your customers and deliveries still have a way in.
We will tell you honestly whether a lot needs full replacement or whether an overlay buys you several more years. Both are real answers, and which one applies depends on what the base is doing, not on what is easier to sell.
The lot is your first impression, and your slip-and-fall risk
A commercial lot is doing two jobs at once. It is the first thing a customer sees, and it is the surface people walk across in February. Water that ponds because the grade is wrong becomes ice, and ice is a claim. We would rather fix the drainage while the lot is torn up than come back and patch the same low spot every spring.
